CAMITY / SUPPORT

Let's get it sorted.

Questions about an edit, a purchase, or your privacy? Get in touch.

contact@camity.app

Include your device model, operating system, Camity app version, and a short description of what happened. If you saw an error, include its message and roughly when it occurred. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive photos. We may ask for a store order reference when investigating a purchase, but never your store password.

Common questions

My photo is not generating. What should I do?

Check your internet connection and keep the app open while the edit runs. AI services can occasionally be busy. Use Retry if it is offered. If the problem continues, email us with the error message and approximate time of the request.

The result does not look how I expected.

AI results can vary. Try a clear, well-lit photo with the subject easy to see, or choose another style. Some photos or edits may be blocked by a provider's safety rules. We cannot guarantee an exact likeness or result.

How do I restore a purchase?

Use Restore Purchases in Camity's settings, if available, and make sure you are signed in to the same Apple or Google account used for the original purchase. Purchases are platform-specific unless the offer explicitly says otherwise. If access is still missing, contact us.

How do I cancel a subscription?

On iPhone, open Settings, tap your Apple Account name, then Subscriptions and Camity. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, and Camity. Cancel before renewal according to the store's terms. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I request a refund or report missing credits?

For Apple purchases, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, see Google Play's refund instructions. The store decides refund eligibility subject to applicable law. For missing credits or a failed generation, email us with the approximate time and any order reference.

Where are my photos saved?

Your Camity gallery is stored on your device. Save images to your device's photo library if you want to keep a separate copy. Removing Camity may delete its local gallery; exported photos remain in your photo library. AI editing sends the selected photo for processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data or make a privacy request?

You can delete creations in Camity and control photo permissions in device settings. For information held by our service, email contact@camity.app with the subject "Privacy request". We will explain how to identify the relevant records and respond under applicable law.
